Job Description
- Manage the meeting agenda and arrange meetings
- Taking Minutes for all meetings and send out to relevant personnel
- Handling correspondence for Managing Director
- Receiving Managing Director's customers and guests
- Record & update the salesman's carpark movement
- Check other suppliers' vehicle prices.
- Handling UBI / AML / Carros Rental.
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients whenever instructed.
- All ad-hoc tasks are assigned as and when by directors.
Job Requirement
· Diploma or University in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3 - 5 years of experience.
· Organized, energetic, proactive with the ability to multi-task, and takes on new responsibilities with a 'can-do attitude.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Bilingual
