Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of bulk recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Conduct mass recruitment campaigns, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and background checks
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure proper documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Handle the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring progress, turnover rates, and recruitment costs
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment activities
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract a wide pool of candidates
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in mass/bulk recruitment, with exposure to high-volume hiring
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and Singapore labor regulations
- Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of candidates
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
