Spearhead and drive overarching sales strategy for the Talent Unit in Singapore which includes;
- Business Development, Product Development, PR Strategies, Partnerships
- Work with Country Director & Content Team on the Talent Development
- Work with Country Director on expansion of Talent Roster
Handle negotiations and other business affairs of the Talents including;
- Ensuring that Talent's inbox are managed by yourself and/or your team
- Ensuring that Talent's campaigns are managed from end to end (Negotiations, Timeline Management, Production, Reporting and Payments)
- Ideate and assist Talents on concepts for content / sponsorships
- Able to carry yourself well at networking and social events with Talents
