- Develop and execute marketing strategies, managing projects from start to finish.
- Regularly meet with existing and potential specialist doctors to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with channel suppliers, including insurance companies and GP clinics, to foster long-term collaboration.
- Ensure clear communication and timely implementation of marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to assess demand for current products/services and create action plans based on findings.
- Perform competitor analysis and pricing research to remain competitive.
- Identify potential customer segments for both B2C and B2B markets.
- Create promotional packages and compile detailed lists of product offerings.
- Strengthen brand awareness and establish a solid brand presence.
- Drive new business by engaging doctors and promoting our surgery center.
