- Devise and implement marketing strategies, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Regularly visit both existing and prospective specialist doctors to foster relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Cultivate partnerships with channel suppliers, such as insurance companies and GP clinics, to nurture long-term collaborations.
- Ensure effective communication and timely execution of marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to gauge demand for current products/services and formulate action plans accordingly.
- Analyze competitors and conduct pricing research to stay competitive.
- Identify potential customer segments, both B2C and B2B.
- Develop promotional packages and compile comprehensive lists detailing our product offerings.
- Enhance brand awareness and establish a strong brand position.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging doctors and promoting our surgery center.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a day surgery center (Candidates with more managerial experience will also be considered).
- Diploma in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to introducing new doctors to the center.
