Job Scope
- Attending to end users IT matters across sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve Hardware, Software and Networking issue
- Setting up of PC’s and perform installation, configuration and linking of IT equipment
- Assist ERP user access management, system navigation and troubleshooting of ERP software issue
- Procurement of new hardware and software when required
- Any other ad-hoc IT related matter assigned by Manager.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 3 Year of similar experience
- Candidate with ERP knowledge added to advantage
- Able to travel to Malaysia (Johor Bahru) when required
