Job Summary:
- Basic up to $4300
- Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
- West Region
- AWS, Variable Bonus, Transport allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain customers’ accounts.
- Respond, follow up to customers enquiries and provide solutions to clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Timely update the project status to the customers.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly sales report.
- Conduct pre-production meeting.
- Coordinate between factory and overseas sales offices.
- Liaise with customers on technical specifications.
- Conduct contract review with the clients.
- Obtain accurate information before flowing down the order to engineering and production. Ensure all the client requirements is reflected in the prepare job sheets.
- Support in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum or any engineering related course
- 3-5 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment
- Presentation tools, CRM, Microsoft Office, ERP System. Knowledge on CAD tool (solid works, inventor or pro-E) and able to read technical drawings.
