Department: Fundraising
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the organization’s fundraising efforts by establishing and enforcing fundraising policies to ensure efficient fund management (i.e. collection, distribution, management) and establish best practices for operational processes such as gift distribution and collection across the Group.
- Develop and implement processes and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking of fundraising activities, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and evaluate the return on investment for various initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Partner with the frontline Donor Engagement team to design and implement General Giving programs, including staff giving initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Manage a dedicated team focused on gift processing, corporate partnerships and donor stewardship, ensuring timely and effective communication with donors and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Advancement Office, collaborating with corporate departments (e.g., Planning, Finance, HR, Corporate Communications) to strengthen the fundraising community of practice and enhance organizational capacity for fundraising success.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 8+ years of experience in fundraising program with strong project management capabilities
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 2-3 individuals with diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with executive presence and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven goal-getter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
