- Part of sales team to develop a network of contacts.
- Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients (and close new business)
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods for increase of business
- Research and identify new business opportunities (including new markets, growth areas, trends)
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Meeting all clients’ requirements by providing administrative and sales support.
- To expand customer relationships and increase portfolio with strategic planning.
- Maintain customer tariffs (for allocated accounts), administrate rate increases and schedules as well as prepare quotations by applying the pricing policy.Ensure all operational processes whether import or export or transhipment shipments are carried out in accordance with established procedure and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordination with overseas and local customers
- Strong understanding of company services (Air Freight / Sea Freight / Warehousing) as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
