HR Executive
Job Responsibilities
• Handle spectrum of HR functions which include talent management, recruitment and selection, learning & development, employment relationships
• Handle employee grievances and maintain employee morale and satisfaction through communication and feedback, provide coaching to business heads to address employees' issues
• End-to-end recruitment and selection based on business units’ requirements on various job openings e.g. interview, shortlisting, profiling and fulfilment
• Advises Management on critical HR matters, such as changes in labour market and government policies and industry practices
• Prepare and process work pass applications, issuances and cancellations of work passes including renewals, appeals and medical check-up arrangements.
• Support in the coordination of standard HR processes such as appraisals, exit interviews, etc and maintenance the leave records
• Assist with employee confirmations, contract renewals, employment letters, maintenance of employee training records etc.
• Participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources work experience, oil & gas trading will be an advantage
• Competent in HR spectrum ranging from organisational development, recruitment and talent management
• Good communication skills, resilient and strong in people influencing skills
• Ability to analyse the needs of the company and develop, implement new HR programs and policies
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin to liaise with China HQ personnel and clients.
