Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and confident individual with strong problem-solving abilities to join our team as an Admin Executive & Telemarketer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the consultants at SJ Digital Media Solutions, engaging with clients in Singapore and supporting their expansion into regional markets. This is a fulfilling position that offers valuable regional exposure and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Liaise with clients to ensure seamless communication and project coordination. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external prospects.
- Data Management: Process and organize data generated by the team, including offline farming leads (e.g., event name cards) and online ads or email leads.
- Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments (via Zoom, in-person, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel).
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the team with prospects and clients.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle flight bookings and itineraries for two consultants who travel frequently for business.
- Project Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and maintain organized records of all client interactions and lead generation activities.
- Client Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between the client, internal team, and external leads to ensure a smooth flow of information.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with managing client relationships and appointments.
