We are looking for a Workforce Transformation Associate Director who is deeply passionate about the people-centric business transformation agenda. This role involves business development in key areas such as Workforce Transformation, Talent Management, Organisational Design and leading client project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert in talent and workforce management strategies e.g. job redesign, strategic and operational workforce planning, workforce location strategy, talent management, future skills capability training, talent redeployment methodology and related implementation plans.
- Lead and create innovative and unique points of view for proposals and in delivery
- Active and visible Workforce thought leadership and represent the team in the market through events and social media
- Contribute to the growth of the team and wider practice by sharing knowledge, coaching and supporting the career aspirations of team members
- Lead the delivery of high-quality client project work, being the subject matter expert and engagement manager
- Take a leading role in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in workforce transformation advisory or human capital advisory
- Experience in the consulting industry or professional services environment
- Proven ability in presales / business development
- Track record of delivering full cycle of project management, people management and stakeholder management activities
- Team player with a strong focus and flair for people development and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Psychology (or equivalent)
