Job Overview:
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership, a warm personality, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations and offer a welcoming experience to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant appearance and be comfortable interacting with customers, as a key part of the role involves showcasing the restaurant's products and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Service Excellence:Actively interact with guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
Confidently showcase and explain the woodfire barbeque cooking process, ingredients, and menu items.
Address customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and manage any issues that may arise during service.
- Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and service standards.
Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high service efficiency.
Oversee the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant, ensuring a visually appealing and comfortable environment.
- Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high level of service and engagement.
Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu, woodfire cooking techniques, and service protocols.
- Product Showcasing & Promotion:Confidently present and promote signature barbeque dishes and special woodfire cooking techniques to guests.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events, seasonal menu items, and exclusive dining experiences.
- Inventory & Cost Control:Oversee inventory, supply orders, and cost management to ensure efficient resource use.
Monitor food and beverage stock levels, reducing waste while maintaining quality and freshness.
- Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Implement health and safety protocols for both staff and customers.
- Financial Responsibilities:Manage restaurant budgets, track daily financial transactions, and analyze sales reports.
Develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while controlling costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, barbeque or experiential dining concept will be advantageous but not a must.
- Pleasant appearance and engaging personality with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently interact with guests and staff.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, sales reports, and cost control measures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
