- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and process quotes and sales-related documents for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and cross-border transport (CBT).
- Compile weekly and/or monthly reports.
- Resolve issues related to damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics challenges for airfreight, seafreight, and CBT.
- Collaborate with internal teams including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service.
- Support outdoor sales in generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.
