The SA will support the Manager in executing the philanthropic and fundraising efforts for the Rare Disease Fund (RDF) within the KKH Health Fund (KKHHF), as well as ensuring that proper processes and procedures are adhered to in the gift processing function for all funds under KKHHF.
The SA will also be part of the fundraising team responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major and annual gifts, and is expected to help in the organising and coordinating of key fundraising events and efforts for RDF, as well as to support KKHHF and the Academic Clinical Programmes within KKH.
The SA will help manage the stewarding of RDF key donors and maintaining strategic relationships to enable future giving opportunities. The SA will ensure proper governance by providing support in the reporting of the RDF matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant discipline
- A team player with exceptionally well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at managing multiple projects and complex situations
- Self-directed, organised and discerning
- Good events management skills
- Possesses a high level of integrity
- Meticulous and efficient, especially when performing the donation processing tasks
- Professionally represent the fund and hospital at all times
