Skills and experiences required
- Tertiary qualifications in QS/Building/Construction/Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience working in Construction sectors
- Must be proficient in English and preferably spoken & written Chinese
- Good in AutoCAD & MS Office & MS Project at least to Intermediate level
- Only Singaporeans and PR holders with initiative and drive need apply
- Willing to work extended hours
- Preferably able to commence immediately
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submission
- Handles progress claims and progress payments, VO and finalization of accounts
- Cost planning/control
- Attend site and consultant / technical meetings
- Conduct site measurements
- Perform measurements for quantities
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior / Project Manager
- Liaising with Contracts Manager/Owner to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects
