Duties:
Responsible in running the operations of the café. Responsible for opening and closing of café. Lead the entire F&B team, Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. Coaching and training of service staff. Maintain high level of service standard and cleanliness of café. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Building strong rapport with guests. Handle guest feedback/complaints.
Job Requirement
- Min 2 year of relevant experience in supervisory role in F&B environment
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Good F&B knowledge
- A hands-on person in delivering F&B services
- Creative and positive working attitude
- Work with passion, zest, energy and professionalism
