As an Procurement Assistant
As a member of the respondents, you will be part of the team responsible for the global foundation service team, which is taking care of vendor relationship and procurement. Your primary responsibility is to assist procurement personnel in the APAC region to complete the lifecycle transition of purchase orders in the system, maintain communication with suppliers, complete and supplement supplier information in the system, and assist in confirming invoices, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the suppliers and procurement resources and services in the responsible region, check the filing of procurement contracts, orders, etc., and track the integrity of the collation;
- Manage supplier information in the system and keep it updated in a timely manner;
- Be familiar with the procurement information process in the system, including the addition of new procurement POs, changes, renewals, and terminations.
- Operate the PO process in the system according to the needs of the business side, including the addition of new procurement POs, changes, renewals, and terminations, maintain communication with internal and suppliers, and complete the operation of related processes according to the time requirements.
- Assist in confirming some unclear issues in the supplier's invoice on the reconciliation side, help communicate with the supplier, and resolve problems.
Ideal Candidate's Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above,
- Possess good professional ethics, be upright and honest, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be proactive;
- Have strong stress resistance and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
- Quickly learn procurement-related knowledge and business processes, possess basic negotiation skills and procurement project management level;
- Have strong logical thinking and expression abilities, be able to comprehensively understand and evaluate procurement needs and accurately convey them;
- Have good communication skills and a team spirit.
- Be proficient in using office software and have preliminary data processing skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Priority will be given to candidates with a major in Supply Chain Management.
