Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
- Expand new clients base through business development/cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
- Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires
- Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status
Requirements:
* MUST HAVE Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)*
