Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, nurturing and maintaining client relationships.
- Gather market insights and information related to the industry and /or targeted region.
- Preparation of Marketing/ Project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports.
- Provide good and effective customer service to new and existing clients.
- Strong in preparing research and Business Development strategy papers will be added bonus.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline.
- Preferably with minimum 5-6 year of experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Engineering or Construction industry.
- Knowledge in Economics will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholder.
- Self-motivated, strong willed and highly initiative.
- Willing to travel.
- Independent, mature and steady to handle challenging situations and/or projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel/ powerpoint, etc. Other softwares like Photoshop/ Illustrator will be plus point.
