We are looking for a motivated, organised individual to join the Customer Success team and be an important part of Elevandi’s commercial process.
As the Assistant Customer Success Manager at Elevandi, you will be responsible for driving commercial opportunities in the regional markets and closing them along with the Head of Customer Success. For established Elevandi products such as the Singapore FinTech Festival, Japan FinTech Festival and Point Zero Forum, you will be looked upon to expand the relationships with existing customers and warm prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand upon relationships with existing Elevandi customers along with the Head of Customer Success to ensure year on year product rebooking.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a successful Customer Experience
- Source for new businesses through their first Elevandi cycle to ensure a positive experience and provide resolution advice where necessary, working with other business functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations)
- Effectively and professionally manage outgoing calls and meetings, both by phone and face-to-face, that uncover customer needs.
- Supporting all activation and fulfilment of sponsorship entitlements across all channels/products
- Coordinating the work flows, implementation, timelines and status reporting on the sponsors
- Assist to generate post event reports for sponsors
- Be an active member of Team Elevandi by sharing customer learnings.
- Develop internal relationships to exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience working in Sales, Business Development or Commercial roles. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Self-starter, forward-thinking, and resourceful
- Great attention to detail, able to connect the commercial propositions of a business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English in a business context.
- As we will be expanding our customer base into China, Japan and Germany, proficiency in these languages would ensure effective communication with our customers.
- Experience in FinTech industry would be an advantage
