Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation for successful onboarding.
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing and search strategies to maintain diverse pipeline of key talent.
- Collaborate and partner with hiring managers from different service lines to fulfil their talent requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends and recommend recruitment strategies.
- Generate management reports on relevant talent metrics for key decision making.
- Lead ongoing recruitment initiatives and engagement with industry partners and institutes of higher learning to promote our employer branding.
- Co-lead in staff engagement initiatives as part of People and Culture team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Strong partnering experience with stakeholders in talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source and manage diverse roles with strong project management skills.
