1. Role Description
The Design Manager reports directly to the Director and is responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional interior design projects.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Client Relations.
- Budget and Resource Management.
- Quality Assurance.
- Collaboration.
- Market Awareness.
- Documentation and Reporting
3. Competencies
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of design projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop strong verbal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, external vendors and stakeholders across all levels.
- Develop and approve design concepts, layouts, and material selections, ensuring they meet client needs and industry trends.
