- The administrative duties requires interaction with customers and handling their requests promptly.
- Applicant must have good customer service skills in both telecommunication and emails.
- Perform daily administrative duties, from upkeeping of business records, customer orders to invoicing, and service-maintenance coordination.
- Able to communicate and work as a team.
- Proficient with Computer and software such as, Microsoft, Google & Zoom.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
