As the Electrical Application Manager, you will oversee the application development and management process for our gensets and generators. You will work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure that our applications meet customer needs and industry standards. Your expertise will drive the enhancement of our product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the application development process for gensets and generators, from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product specifications align with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Manage the application lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for application improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers regarding application usage.
- Develop and maintain application performance metrics, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in application management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in application management or related roles within the engineering or manufacturing sectors, preferably with gensets and generators.
- Strong understanding of application development processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred so as to liase with our stakeholders in China.
