Manage high standards of service and clinical quality in health screening projects including:
● Setting up and tearing down, and logistics for the projects.
● Registration of clients and collection of payments with accuracy and precision, and arrangement of post-screening reviews.
● Facilitating of patient flow and checking that staffs have in-depth understanding of every station within the operational flow.
● Performance of duties such as taking blood pressure, height, and weight, arranging urine tests, filling up forms etc.
● Promotion of packages and add-ons to health screening participants.
● Generating and sending of medical reports to clients.
● Keeping the station areas clean and organized.
● Ensure optimal manpower utilization and coverage based on client load.
● Oversee all facilities and enhance the operating efficiency of the projects.
● Assist in the preparation and generation of corporate statistics and lifestyle surveys.
● Maintain client relationships and liaise with them for the renewal of health screening projects each year.
● Handle procurement of products/services, lab codes etc with effective cost savings management.
● Adequately stock supplies for the office, projects and activities.
● Preparation of Service Agreements, Introducer Agreements for Sales teams.
Support the Sales and Operations Director and assist in duties as may be assigned.
