- Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
- Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage.
- Work and liaise closely with Managing Agent (MA) of the Venue and promptly rectify any issues feedback by the MA.
- Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority. To also document the reinstatement required.

- Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.
- The Contractor shall do and perform all scopes, which are done and performed according to the practice of their profession in relation to the services and matters provided in this Contract including giving of advice at any instances which the Authority may require from time to time.
- Attend to any other duties not listed above but is in connection to the fulfilment of the Contractor’s responsibilities and obligations of the Contract shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. All expenses related thereof shall be borne by the Contractor.
- Ensure that the Services are carried out in a proper and professional manner using the degree of skill ordinarily exercised by and consistent with the standards expected of a Facilities Manager’s experience and standing.
- The Authority shall have the final say in all decisions pertaining to the project.
Requirement:
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
- Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).
- Tentative engagement period: 13 November 2024 to 28 February 2025.
- Typical work hours before rehearsals commence and during tear down:
- 9 hours shift daily (inclusive of 1-hour break for meals), 5-day work week depending on site activity needs.
- Sunday off and 1 weekday off 4) Typical work hours after rehearsals commence:
- 5-day work week, 9 hours shift (inclusive of 1-hour break for meal) daily a off day on weekdays
