Responsibilities:
- Assist with various Human Resources functions: recruitment, payroll, performance reviews, training, legal compliance and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain good relationship with stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor overall HR strategies and support human capital development.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resource.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- Proficiency in organization, time management, and scheduling.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication abilities.
