Salary: $3800 - $4500
Job Descriptions
- To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company change of company officers and share transfers)
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
- Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual / General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
- Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
- Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
- Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
- Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
- Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
- Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
Requirements
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
- A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
- Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- At least 2 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
- Someone who is looking for long-term career growth prospect
