Job Description:
1. Credit Write-up and Proposal Preparation
- Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and proposals for prospective clients.
- Conduct detailed bankability analyses, including financial analysis, for syndication and/or bilateral loans.
2. Support Relationship Managers
- Assist Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to clients.
- Aid in building and maintaining strong client relationships for the bank.
3. Credit Analysis and Review
- Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews.
4. Client Service and Liaison
- Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed.
- Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes.
5. Periodic Reporting
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Branch and Head Office.
- Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time.
6. Business Development
- Liaise with peer banks to explore and develop new business opportunities.
- Implement strategies to grow the client base and enhance client satisfaction.
7. Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.

1. Proficient in Bilingual Communication
- Exhibits excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Able to prepare clear and professional email correspondence.
- Capable of creating periodic reports in both languages, catering to overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.
