- To deliver effective and engaging lessons
- To establish a positive learning environment that encourages analytical thinking and independent thinking
- To adopt different modes of assessment
- University degree with at least honours degree in the relevant subject area
- Possess teacher-training qualifications, i.e PGDE or equivalent
- Preferably former MOE teachers with experience teaching in the subject area at IB Diploma Programme or JC Level
- Willingness to teach in the Secondary Section and teach Theory of Knowledge (TOK) will be an advantage.
- There may also be opportunities for professional growth by teaching Theory of Knowledge.
