We are a global MNC specialized in Semiconductor Test and Measurement. We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to support clients and manage sales activities
Roles
To serve as a liaison between clients and company to provide integrated semiconductor test solution enabling lab to fab test
Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Generate new businesses from existing account expansion and new account penetration
- Act as the point of contact and overseeing the sales process
- Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance
- Make sales visits, gain insight and identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate pricing details with customer to meet their needs and maximising company revenue
- Report on the status of accounts and transaction to management
- Work with various functional team to address issues as a team
- Monitoring and providing relevant information on market, competitor and account activities
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Engineering or related fields
- Resourceful, result-oriented and committed to work.
- Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in sales and account management
