Job Overview/ 职位概述：We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Chinese Preschool Teacher who will not only teach but also take a leading role in designing and implementing our Chinese language curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, native or near-native fluency in Mandarin, and a deep understanding of Chinese culture. This role is perfect for someone who is innovative, collaborative, and eager to shape a holistic and engaging curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities/ 主要责任Teaching and Classroom Management/ 教学与课堂管理：- Lead and deliver high-quality Chinese language instruction to preschool children, fostering a love for the language and culture. 领导并为儿童提供高质量的中文教学，培养对语言和文化的热爱。
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adapting instruction to meet individual needs. 监控和评估学生的进步，定期向家长提供反馈并调整教学以满足个人需求。
Curriculum Development/ 课程发展：
- Design and develop an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities. 为 18 个月至 6 岁的儿童设计和开发有吸引力的、适合年龄的课程，纳入核心科目和丰富活动。
- Ensure the curriculum promotes intellectual growth, creativity, curiosity, and confidence. 确保课程促进智力成长、创造力、好奇心和自信心.

Compliance and Standards/ 合规性和标准：- Ensure the curriculum meets ECDA requirements and regulations. 确保课程符合 ECDA 要求和法规。

Qualifications/ 资格Education/ 教育：- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in these fields is highly preferred. 幼儿教育、儿童发展或相关领域的学士学位。这些领域的硕士学位是一个加分点.
Experience/ 经验：- L2 certified or equivalent, and as approved by ECDA. L2 认证或同等资格，并经 ECDA 批准
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Chinese to preschool children, specifically within the Singapore early childhood educational setting. 至少 3 年幼儿中文教学经验，特别是在新加坡幼儿教育环境中。
