Marketing Technology (MarTech) Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements gathering from various stakeholders
  • Work with technical team to develop Marketing Technology solutions based on business requirements
  • Share proposed data infrastructure, dashboard look and feel, report formats with stakeholders and get confirmation for development
  • Serve as main liaison between business (HQ team) and technical teams (including remote team members)
  • Understand and interpret business requirements and translate them into robust technical requirements and effective solutions
  • Project planning with clear deliverables, timelines and within budget
  • Close monitoring and regular reporting on progress of project milestones
  • Co-ordination of meetings and UAT sessions with relevant parties
  • Sign-off project deliverables and share with relevant teams for processing (e.g. work/project completion documentation)
  • Perform risk management with stakeholders when required
  • Collate and prioritize requests efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Adobe Campaign Classic 7/8 configuration, management, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, computer science, marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a business intelligence or related role
  • Expertise in marketing technology related to hand-raiser leads and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to synthesize and interpret large amounts of information, recommend suitable solutions / layouts to display insights & data
  • Proven track record in delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, people management and planning skills; ability to influence, persuade and interact effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, computer science, (digital) marketing or related field
  • Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, MSSQL, MS Azure certification and conversational Korean are advantageous
