The Role:
Provide a safe and loving environment for infants, supporting their development through individualized care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsive care to infants.
- Create a warm and safe environment that promotes comfort and security.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to support infant development.
- Monitor and document infants’ growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the infant care area.
Qualifications:
- HCIC / CIT + EYDF / ACEY
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Strong nurturing and caregiving skills.
- Excellent communication and observational skills.
