TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW) is Singapore’s pioneering and leading non-profit agency in advocating cyber wellness and new media literacy for children, teenagers, parents, educators and social work practitioners.


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for empowering youth in cyber wellness and digital well-being. As a Cyber Wellness Specialist Coach, you will help develop and implement programmes that effectively engage the youth community and their families. Your role will focus on supporting the team in building strong relationships, understanding the digital challenges young people face, and equipping them with the skills to navigate online environments safely. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our programmes are relevant, impactful, and community-aligned. This role emphasizes fostering meaningful connections with students, promoting their growth, resilience, and well-being online.


Principal Responsibilities and Duties

1. Design and Implement Programmes

  • Design Intervention and educational programmes as part of a team to pitch for a new project funding.
  • Implement existing cyber wellness education programmes to ensure that they meet the required learning outcomes of the programme.

2. Support existing and new intervention programmes

  • Ensure the quality of cyber wellness programmes and work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate
  • Connect and engage with students to help them achieve counselling and therapy goals, planning and executing sessions that foster growth.

3. Evaluation and Quality Assurance

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and interventions through feedback and data analysis, making updates and improvements as needed.

4. Business Development and Expansion

  • Be a part of the team that identifies and pursues opportunities for project funding and expansion of cyber wellness initiatives.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field is required.
  • Specialist Diploma in Youth Work
  • Certification in Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance
  • Relevant certification in learning development


Core Competencies Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to develop business plans and execute strategies to expand programme outreach and effectiveness.
  • Experience working with the youths
  • Ability to conduct, plan, and engage clients in group work sessions
  • stay updated on emerging issues and trends affecting youth and incorporate this knoweldge into programme development
  • participate in and implement programmes, strengthen programme designs, review and refine programmes, and identify service gaps in terms of client needs
  • Participate in and support cyber wellness research initiatives to enhance programme effectiveness
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while taking initiative in projects
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for working with youths and shows genuine empathy toward clients
  • Serve as positive role model, engaging youths in ways that resonate with their interests
  • Embrace personal and professional growth, with a willingness to acquire new skills and technologies
  • Manage time and resources well to meet programme goals and deadlines
  • Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to engage and educate youths in cyber wellness

Working Conditions

  • 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Location - Bukit Merah
