JOB DESCRIPTION
· Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements
· Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, transportation, signage, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services
· Select and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to provide necessary services for events
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
· Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to optimise spending and achieve cost savings where possible
· Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
· Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
· Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks during event planning and execution
· Ensure events comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and safety standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans
