Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for addressing the technical business solution needs of partners and/or end-users by providing presales support in the following areas:Presentations
Demonstrations
Proof of Concept (POC)
Proposal Writing
Compliance Tables
Statements of Work (SOW)
Training/Product Enablement
- Develop proficiency in assigned products and technologies and obtain relevant certifications through both self-directed and formal training.
- Conduct hands-on POC independently.
- Present vendor solutions independently to partners and end-users.
- Provide necessary updates and training to partners and end-users as needed.
- Work closely with and support product managers and channel account managers to help close opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the IT network and cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of security and networking infrastructure.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and personal skills.
- Exhibit a positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate a high level of independence in your work.
