Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Presales Engineer - Network Or Server to join Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in IT and networking, along with strong communication and relationship management skills. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and partners to deliver customized solutions during the presales phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Solution Design:
- Provide technical support and design solutions during the presales phase to meet client requirements.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to support sales strategies.
Project Estimation & Documentation:
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, product vendors, and service partners to prepare accurate project estimates and detailed documentation.
Bid & Proposal Management:
- Lead technical presentations and clarify requirements during the bidding processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop competitive proposals and address client queries.
Customer Engagement & Product Demonstrations:
- Perform product demonstrations and engage with clients early in the sales cycle to promote solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure successful presales engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant IT field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales, network engineering, or a similar role.
Certifications:
- Certifications in networking or security (e.g., Cisco, Huawei) are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive in driving presales success.
