Type - 2 Years Direct Contract with Client

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solutions Manager (Server and Storage) to join Client's team. This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and building strong, long-term relationships with key customers across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape, proven sales expertise, and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Familiarity with local IT sales channels and a background in server products and solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand and align with the business objectives of key customers, taking responsibility for the achievement of business targets and continuously improving the company’s market share.
  • Build and maintain a cooperative ecosystem around key customers to support the organization’s business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets and industries.

Strategic Sales & Market Insight

  • Conduct thorough market research and customer insights to formulate comprehensive sales, ecological, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement a customer development plan, tailoring approaches for each industry to maximize business growth and market share.
  • Create a detailed customer engagement strategy that includes product positioning, value propositions, and tailored solutions for key clients.

Channel Management & Ecosystem Building

  • Leverage local IT sales channels and build strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and system integrators.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with existing and new channels to enhance product distribution and market presence.
  • Work with presales and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Sales Execution & Negotiation

  • Lead business negotiations, manage project operations, and execute strategic plans to achieve project success.
  • Promote server products and related solutions, ensuring familiarity with product specifications, models, and sales strategies.
  • Drive sales engagements with a focus on the Internet, manufacturing, operators, government, finance, and other key industries.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market trends to senior management.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and customer engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Over 8 years of IT sales experience, preferably with a focus on server products, system integration, and solution-based selling.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and relationships with high-profile customers in industries such as Internet, manufacturing, operators, government, and finance.
