- Ensuring project is within Budget
- Monitoring of cash flow (Cash In /Cash Out)
- Able to manage Client’s expectation
- Negotiating Subcontracts
- Monitoring of subcontractors to ensure compliance and meeting project timelines
- Drafting contractual correspondence
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers including managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations and finalization of accounts
- Timely finalization of accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
- Ability to identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and deadlines
- Filling of Insurance Claim/ EOT Claims
- Cost economics knowledge is essential.
- Provide leadership, advice and support to staff within the Team
Requirement
- Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
- 10 years and above experience
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
