Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality by addressing customer feedback and distributor concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze quality-related feedback from distributors to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
- Conduct trend analysis to proactively identify and address potential quality concerns.
- Lead product quality assessments, including taste surveys and product inspections to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition, Law or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
