- Responsible for overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, projects, or initiatives
- Creating and implementing comprehensive M&E plans that align with project objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement, measure progress, and ensure that resources are being used effectively.
- Using M&E data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Providing training and support to project staff on M&E principles and methods.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong experience in LTA/MRT Projects
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
