Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in project teams, contributing to successful process team deliverables, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing PS and at least one additional SAP module, such as MM, PM, or FICO (as a backup resource).
- Manage, engage, and implement SAP PS, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Develop comprehensive business blueprints and detailed functional specifications for ABAP development, guiding technical teams through the development lifecycle.
- Independently manage enhancements and customizations within SAP PS/MM/PM modules to meet business needs and optimize system performance.
- Lead and execute projects independently or in collaboration with vendors, including multi-module projects.
- Conduct user training and provide support during project implementation and post-go-live phases to ensure seamless adoption of SAP PS functionalities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a functional consultant in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems and Plant Maintenance, with experience in rollouts and implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Systems processes, including project structure, planning, budgeting, cost/revenue/material/work planning, time scheduling, execution, period-end closing, settlement, progress reporting, and project closure.
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, covering enterprise structure, GL master data, customer and vendor master data, asset accounting, bank accounting, financial statements, reports, and internal orders.
- Comprehensive understanding of integration between Project Systems and Materials Management and FICO modules.
- Skilled in functional requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MM/PM processes, including procurement, release strategies, inventory management, and both corrective and preventive maintenance.
