Human Resources Duties:
- Support the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and terminations.
- Assist with internal and external surveys and report requests from HQ and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with government bodies such as MOM, CPF, IRAS, or MAS as needed.
- Organise and manage staff activities in collaboration with colleagues.
- Perform any other HR-related roles or responsibilities as assigned.
Secretarial / Administrative Duties:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and executive support to senior executives.
- Manage calendar, travel, and lodging arrangements for the senior executives from global & regional offices.
- Coordinate and manage various management meetings, including preparing and taking minutes.
- Handle general office maintenance, cleaning services, and landscaping services with vendors.
- Assist with office renovation works if necessary.
- Manage access rights to office premises and oversee physical security matters.
- Arrange service agreements with vendors, including machinery maintenance and service contract renewals.
- Coordinate offsite document storage, retrieval/disposal requests, and manage confidential paper destruction.
- Handle email correspondence and any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, and human resources support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
