HR Office Manager - European Bank (Central)

Human Resources Duties:

  • Support the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and terminations.
  • Assist with internal and external surveys and report requests from HQ and relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as MOM, CPF, IRAS, or MAS as needed.
  • Organise and manage staff activities in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Perform any other HR-related roles or responsibilities as assigned.

Secretarial / Administrative Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and executive support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendar, travel, and lodging arrangements for the senior executives from global & regional offices.
  • Coordinate and manage various management meetings, including preparing and taking minutes.
  • Handle general office maintenance, cleaning services, and landscaping services with vendors.
  • Assist with office renovation works if necessary.
  • Manage access rights to office premises and oversee physical security matters.
  • Arrange service agreements with vendors, including machinery maintenance and service contract renewals.
  • Coordinate offsite document storage, retrieval/disposal requests, and manage confidential paper destruction.
  • Handle email correspondence and any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education certificate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, and human resources support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
