Job responsibilities
The job responsibilities of a system developer would involve:
- Act as the SME for system integration of OKRs / ERP for MSMEs
- Familiar with a pleothera of tools such as Monday.com, RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Systems migration and implementation
- Design, develop and maintain modules on legacy systems that MSMEs have been using.
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement software enhancements and customizations
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and operations teams, to ensure smooth application integration and deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Skills / Qualifications
- System Implementation background
- Strong Project Management
- Ability to do Analysis, Hands on Development and Test
- Prior work experience / knowledge on ERP & OKR platforms
- Understand differences of roles in Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Understand concept working of data migration and reconciliation which is encountered during system integrations and merger
- Optimized SQL queries / modules for batches
- Good experience on programming paradigms such as object oriented, functional and batch management
- Experience with building global and scalable trade platforms with optimal code management practices
- Sound knowledge on various key encryption algorithms and key management is required
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of code documentation
