- Create digital and print design ideas for the client company including visuals for marketing, social media promotions, company's website, etc.
- Handle the design from concept to final artwork and oversee all planning to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain the company's website and social media platforms.
- Identify any potential issues and rectify the problems when needed.
- Handle projects and ensure all marketing and promotion collaterals such as brochures, banners etc. are produced on time.
- Understand business and marketing directives and brief and transform them into creative design.
- Improving the overall interface and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off production.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Graphic Design, IT, Visual Communications or related studies.
- Proven work experience as a web designer or business development manager in e-commerce industry (at least 8 years experience).
- Copywriting skills are a plus.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, technologies and e-commerce trand.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Must possess great passion for design and business development.
- Professionalism with regards to time, deadlines and discipline.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Korean & English are must (written and verbally in-view of business and technical communication) as most of our clients are Korean. Work experience in Korean company is preferred
