Job Descriptions
- Responsible for daily operations pertaining to enquiries, feedback, executing order processing, quality of products, delivery status, product exchange if the need arises.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure all levels of service provided is well executed.
- Enter batch numbers in picking slips once order received by customer.
- Place orders and generate purchase orders as per chef’s needs.
- Track purchase orders and supplier delivery schedules.
- Assist in renewal of Halal Certificate.
- To generate PO and file accordingly.
- Update cost prices and prepare month end inventory count report.
- Update recipe in production.
- Other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned by Superiors.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferable in Food Industry.
- Able to handle Chinese speaking customers.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good team player possesses the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 8am to 5.30pm
