Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0900AM to 0630PM)
Location: Bright Hill Drive
Requirements:
- G.C.E. ‘O’ Level.
- Singapore Citizen.
- Pleasant, meticulous, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred (SAP school).
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
- First aid training is an advantage.
Scope of works:
1. Administrative Functions
- Maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
- Manage and verify documents (records, statistics, filing, correspondence).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks from the Administration Manager and School Leaders.
2. Reception Duties
- Manage counter services and inquiries.
- Attend to phone calls.
- Handle incoming parcels and emails.
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and vendors.
- Assist unwell students in the sick bay.
- Help walk-in visitors and students at the General Office.
