Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0900AM to 0630PM)

Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent).
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with diverse stakeholders.
- Pleasant and patient with parents and students.
- Self-initiated, able to multitask, and manage time well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Preferred:
- Experience in MOE schools.
- Valid First Aid Certification.
Scope of works:
Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Administration Manager (AM).
Reception Support
- Manage reception and handle inquiries.
- Assist unwell/injured students and provide basic first aid.
- Log lost and found items and track keys.
- Set up the Conference Room for meetings.
- Pack resources for students and teachers.
Administrative Support
- Assist with P1 registration and orientation.
- Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
- Support P6 DSA applications and S1 postings.
- Update student details and file documents.
- Handle daily office tasks and manage supplies.
