Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0900AM to 0630PM)


Location: King’s Road


Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent).
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with diverse stakeholders.
  • Pleasant and patient with parents and students.
  • Self-initiated, able to multitask, and manage time well.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred:

  • Experience in MOE schools.
  • Valid First Aid Certification.

Scope of works:

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Administration Manager (AM).

Reception Support

  • Manage reception and handle inquiries.
  • Assist unwell/injured students and provide basic first aid.
  • Log lost and found items and track keys.
  • Set up the Conference Room for meetings.
  • Pack resources for students and teachers.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with P1 registration and orientation.
  • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
  • Support P6 DSA applications and S1 postings.
  • Update student details and file documents.
  • Handle daily office tasks and manage supplies.
